Bella Italia!

Annot was our last stop in France before we made our way further south and onwards to Imperia where we spent the night. The campsite was adequate, just off the motorway and perfect for our pit stop before continuing on to Lake Garda. We were lucky to get a pitch at a campsite in Peschiara del Garda which was lakeside and a 15-20 minute walk along the lake into town. We were also blessed with decent weather to explore this pretty little town on the shores of Garda and we even had our supper al fresco! We had a leisurely wander back to the campsite and slept well in spite of the thunderstorm during the night!! In the morning it was pleasant enough to have our breakfast outside and we noticed some lovely birds in the tree on our pitch, Della spent an age trying to get a decent photo and managed in the end to capture the mum feeding the chicks!
