Kandy Downtown

After another scrummy breakfast which this time included frittata, home baked banana cake and fruits, we made our way into town and asked our three wheeler driver to take us up to the Buddha statute seated high above the town. Once there we had panoramic views of the town and surrounding area. 

We then went into town and walked around the lake and visited the Buddhist Museum. 

Finally, we strolled around the streets and purchased some new "Trousers" before meeting up with our three wheeler and heading back to the B & B and our final night in Kandy.
