If we happen to be anywhere near Brighton then we always try and get to visit at least once during our stay. As we have several clients in West Sussex this is becoming a very pleasant ritual!
In our recent copy of "Cook Vegetarian" we noticed an advert for the 2nd edition Foods for Friends cookbook, released to mark the 30th Anniversary of the restaurant.
We purchased a copy and decided we would cook one recipe each week until we have worked our way through the whole book - such fun!!

The end result! Pappardelle with rocket and pine nut pesto with griddled Meditteranean vegetables and vegetarian parmesan. Delicious!!
