Vegetarian Heaven!

We have been very impressed with our visit to Cambodia. We did not know if the whole experience might just be outside of our comfort zone but we have been surprised at every turn not only with the beautiful people and their stunning country but the vegetarian food available to us has been beyond anything we imagined. Simply put and without exception, it has all been delicious!
